A Granger man has been arrested on several charges after police say he crashed into a car while riding on a snowmobile.

The collision happened around 5 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 5 on State Road 23 near University Park Mall, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.

Richard Brennan, 59, was taken into custody on preliminary charges of operating a snowmobile while intoxicated, battery, and possession of a gun without a permit to carry, ABC 57 reported.

The driver of the car was not injured.
