State Superintendent Dr. Jennifer McCormick’s office released the A-F 2016 Corporation final grades on Wednesday.

The results in Michiana were mixed. In St. Joseph County, South Bend Community School Corp. earned a D grade, while Union-North United School Corp. and School City of Mishawaka earned C grades. Penn-Harris-Madison School Corp. got an A, while John Glenn School Corp. got a B.

In Elkhart County, the results were more positive across the board. Wa-Nee Community Schools led with an A grade, while both Elkhart and Concord Community Schools earned C grades.
