Police have released a surveillance image of the man who robbed a Key Bank branch last week and are asking for your help finding him.

The heist happened just after 11 a.m. last Wednesday at the branch in the 3800 block of South Main Street, according to the Elkhart Police Department.

The man was dressed as a woman, wearing a wig, glasses, a red turtleneck, a gray hooded sweatshirt and dark pants. He was carrying a large red handbag or purse.

After getting money, the suspect took off foot, then got into a 2000s maroon Buick or Oldsmobile sedan that was waiting nearby. Police believe the car drove across U.S. 33 and the Norfolk Southern railroad tracks on Sunnyside Drive.
