U.S. Representative Jackie Walorski didn’t hold back on the House floor before voting against extending a background check bill for firearms passed during the the Obama administration.

Right as his final month in office started on Dec. 19, 2016, President Barack Obama authorized a bill that prevented certain people receiving disability from being able to purchase firearms without due process.

“If you receive Social Security disability payments, and someone helps you manage those payments – this regulation stops you from being able to purchase a firearm,” Walorski said Thursday on the House floor. “Your name gets added to a federal database, and the burden is on you to prove it doesn’t belong there. That is absolutely outrageous.”

Walorski joined 234 others in the U.S. House in overturning the rule on Thursday.

“This regulation discriminates against individuals with disabilities by denying them their 2nd Amendment rights and violating their rights to due process,” Walorski said. “That is why we are standing up for the 2nd Amendment rights of all disabled Americans. Being disabled doesn’t make you a danger to society, and getting help managing your benefits doesn’t mean you forfeit your constitutional rights.”

Obama hates America and continued to show it right to the end of his employment. Why did anyone vote for this hater?

It is just her opinion in this regard. So going by the logic, no matter what who say, the majority always wins. The gun background check bill is important for many reasons. It is not denying anybody to purchase the firearms, it is just restricting the purchase of firearms that are being misused by the miscreants or the criminals. If anybody has a criminal background in the past, it is possible that the person may use it to create another violence or to another crime without any valid cause.
