Osceola’s Town Council President resigns amid fire department issues

Osceola’s Town Council President and Fire Liaison has resigned.

Debbie Davis has faced a lot of people frustrated about Osceola’s problems with its volunteer fire department, according to ABC 57.

Last week, after a township board meeting where a number of those questions were answered with a town attorney, Davis took to social media and announced the she had resigned her position.

The Osceola Volunteer Fire Department has not answered any calls from St. Joseph County dispatch since Jan. 1.
