An autopsy is set for Monday, March 13, after a woman was found dead inside her home in the 3000 block of Michigan Street in South Bend on Sunday.

Police say she was the victim of a homicide, according to 95.3 MNC’s reproting partners at ABC 57.

Investigators were called to the home around 8:30 a.m. after the victim’s 10-year-old and 1-year-old children were spotted walking down the street without coats or shoes, ABC 57 reported.
