Congresswoman Jackie Walorski is among the votes in the US House who would label North Korea a state sponsor of terrorism.

House Resolution 479 would also condemn the regime’s efforts to develop intercontinental ballistic missiles that could carry nuclear warheads, according to the Elkhart Truth.

The resolution would require the State Department to decide whether or not to formally name North Korea a state sponsor of terrorism. It passed the House by a 394 to 1 vote.

Walroski also voted for H.R. 92, which condemns North Korea’s missile development program that violates U.N. Security Council resolutions. That one passed by a 398 to 2 vote.

Both measures now head to the Senate.
