Elkhart residents can now pay their water bills via their smart phones

City of Elkhart water customers can now pay their bills using a computer or smart phone.

The city will begin using Invoice Cloud, which they say is a convenient and secure way to view and pay their monthly bill.

Previously, residents could pay their water utility bill via the city website but were not able to review charges or see their account balance. Residents will now be able to view their monthly statement online or through an app and can elect to receive reminders on their phone of upcoming due dates.

This new service will also allow residents to opt into paperless billing, a feature which would reduce city expenditures on printing and mailing hard copies of monthly bills. Customers wishing to take advantage of this service can get started by visiting the city website.

Residents with questions or concerns may contact the city’s Water Billing Office at 264-4273.
