Leesburg man, 92, killed in crash early Tuesday morning

An elderly Leesburg man died after crashing his car in Kosciusko County.

The collision happened around 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 18.

Family members asked police to look for James E. Loser, 92, who had left his home on Kalorama Road.

The family said he suffered from dementia, according to WNDU.

Loser lost control on a curve and went off the road, striking signs, mailboxes, and ultimately a tree, according to investigators as reported by WNDU.

He died shortly after he was pulled from the vehicle.
