If you’re looking for work, the Indiana Toll Road may be interested in your services.

HMSHost is holding job fairs for the Elkhart travel plazas on both the westbound and eastbound lanes just west of Cassopolis Street. Those job fairs will be held at both Elkhart travel plazas on four Saturdays – May 13 and 20 and June 3 and 10 – from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dress for success and bring a photo ID with current address as well as either a Social Security card, birth certificate or U.S. passport.

About 35 positions are being sought at the Elkhart locations. However, those positions could be impacted when the travel plazas are torn down in the next year and rebuilt into fuel and convenience stores. The rebuilt plazas will no longer feature restaurants.

If you’re willing to drive to Howe, 125 positions are looking to be filled there. You can apply for those positions at the job fair in Elkhart. Construction is still ongoing at the Howe travel plazas and will eventually feature Popeyes Chicken, Starbucks, and a convenience store with fresh food options.

Wages start at $9.25 and go up depending on experience. Get a head-start on the interview process by going to their website and filling out an application.
