Elkhart Police are asking for your help finding a man who held up the Pak A Sak convenience store on the 1100 block of Johnson Street.

It happened about 2 a.m. Wednesday. Elkhart Police say a customer went into the store, hid in a bathroom until customers left, then came out and demanded money. He then fled on foot. No weapon was ever displayed and no one was hurt.

The suspect is described as a white male in his mid-20s, standing 5’6 to 5’7 tall, and weighing 160 to 180 pounds. He was dressed in all black, including hat, with gray or brown shoes, a mask, and gloves. It’s believed he lives or frequents the area and was spotted at the business about an hour before the robbery.

If you have any information, contact Sergeant Carlton Conway at 574-389-4709.
