Leadership is changing for the major orthopedic company in Warsaw.

An email was sent to Zimmer Biomet employees Tuesday stating CEO David Dvorak stepped down. CFO Dan Florin will fill the role as Interim CEO.

The email says the leadership transition is a “significant change” for the Zimmer Biomet family.

There’s been no indication given as to the reason for the change.
