Building off the successful Pizza Wars and Burger Wars, Elkhart, St. Joseph and five other counties are announcing this summer’s Taco Wars.

The nomination phase for Taco Wars has just kicked off and will last just one week. After nominations close, the restaurants will move on to the voting rounds to determine who makes the best taco.

Voting will kick off July 21 and end on July 31. The regional round, featuring the best tacos from Elkhart, St., Joseph, LaPorte, Marshall, Kosciusko, Porter and LaGrange counties, kicks off in August.
