Not much left at Mishawaka KMart heading into final weekend

A look at the empty half of the Mishawaka KMart on Tuesday, Aug. 30 (Tom Franklin/95.3 MNC)

Attention KMart shoppers, this is the last weekend for the Mishawaka KMart.

The final day for shopping at the store is Sunday, though much of the store is already bare of products. The store has marked down it’s remaining clothing and other items to as much as 80-percent off.

The Mishawaka KMart has been a fixture in Michiana since 1966, but is closing like other stores nationwide due to stagnant sales and the flourishing of online retail.
