UPDATE: South Bend Police say Chloie Truman was found safe on Monday night.

ORIGINAL STORY: The South Bend Police Department is asking for assistance in locating the following missing
juvenile.

Chloie Truman, 13, is described as white, 5′ tall, 150 pounds with blonde hair and hazel eyes.

She was last seen in the Riverpark (Park Jefferson) area around 3 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 3.

The South Bend Police Department has expressed concern for her well-being and is asking anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact them at 574-235-9201.
