A teen already serving a 65-year sentence for murder is going on trial for a second murder Monday.

19-year-old Jermaine Munn was sentenced two years ago after killing Clay High School senior Nathan Hall and robbing $80 and some marijuana from him.

Munn is also charged with murdering 20-year-old Jarina Bailey in 2013. Court documents say Munn was at a party on Lincolnway West when two rival gangs got into a fight. Bailey was shot by Munn, who was a gang-rival, when the two gangs started opening fire on one another. She later died at a local hospital.

The South Bend Tribune reports he was charged with Bailey’s death in 2016 after giving conflicting statements to officers.
