One person was killed in a shooting in South Bend.

It happened around 10:15 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 11, in the 1800 block of North Johnson Street, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.

The St. Joseph County Metro Homicide Unit has taken over the investigation, ABC 57 reported.

As of 3 a.m. there was no word of any suspect or victim information, arrests or details regarding the circumstances that led to the shooting.
