A school bus crash in Elkhart sent 11 Baugo Schools students to the hospital Wednesday morning.

Baugo Community Schools says Bus #5 was on State Road 19 when the crash happened around 8:44 Wednesday morning. ABC 57 reports that police and paramedics were contacted, along with school administration and nurses. School officials contacted parents about the incident and the students were taken to Elkhart General Hospital for evaluation.

BCS says none of the injuries were serious or life-threatening. The uninjured students were placed on a replacement bus and taken to school.
