We have more information about a fatal head-on crash in Dowagiac Sunday night.

Cass County officials have identified the victims of the crash, which took place at about 8 p.m. Sunday at M-51 and Crystal Springs Road.

Deputies say a car being driven by a 34-year-old Mishawaka woman crossed the center line and slammed into a car going the other way.

31-year-old David William Conner of Niles was in the backseat of the first vehicle and died after the crash, along with 37-year-old Tracy Louis Seitenstich, who was a passenger in the other car.

The Mishawaka woman in the first car is still in critical condition at Memoorial Hospital. Two others in her vehicle, a Niles man and Ann Arbor woman, are in serious but stable condition at St. Joseph Medical Center and Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo respectively.

In the other vehicle, the driver suffered non-life threatening injures and a second passenger is in stable condition at Borgess Lee Memorial Hospital in Dowagiac. Both victims were from Dowagiac.
