Michiana flooding disaster recovery centers closing Saturday

Two of the government’s Disaster Recovery Centers in Michiana will close permanently on Saturday.

The temporary centers in three cities in Indiana will be shutting down at 2 Pp.m. Saturday.

They include the South Bend DRC in the Leighton Center on North Michigan Street, the Elkhart DRC at the County Health Department on Oakland Avenue, and Utica’s Disaster Recovery Center is also closing.
