Another key Mishawaka road has had its pavement buckle this summer.
Fir Road just south of the Indiana Toll Road bridge has buckled, causing city officials to close it completely until it can be fixed.
Officials recommend drivers use Capital Avenue (SR 331), Main Street, or Grape Road until the road is back open.
Fir Rd between University Drive and Douglas Rd is temporarily CLOSED at the toll road bridge due to buckled pavement. Please use either Capital (IN 331) or Main St/Grape Rd until the road re-opens. #TrafficAlert #Mishawaka #Police pic.twitter.com/7gKFhbpDKR
