A 20 year-old man is accused of impregnating a 15 year-old with their second child.

William Davis was charged with sexual misconduct with a minor in August, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.

The investigation began in January when the girl, who has since turned 16, was reported to the Department of Child Services as pregnant.

The Special Victim’s Unit discovered that a similar report was filed in January 2017 when the girl was 14, ABC 57 reported.

At that time, Davis claimed he was unaware of the girl’s age.

The second child was born in March and a DNA sample was obtained, which indicated a 99.9999% percent chance that Davis had fathered this child, as well, ABC 57 reported.

He’s being held on bond and will appear in court on September 17.
