The St. Joseph County Prosecutor’s Office has identified the woman whose body was found near the intersection of Sherman Avenue and Rose Street in South Bend.
The body of Tori Hysmith, 23, of South Bend, was found in a wooded area around 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Sep. 4.
An autopsy is currently under way in Fort Wayne. The St. Joseph County Metro Homicide Unit has executed multiple search warrants in connection with the investigation.
