A woman was found shot to death in a home in Elkhart.

It happened around 11 p.m. on Saturday, Sep. 15, as officers were sent to the 1500 block of Morton Avenue.

Officers arrived and found the victim, Danielle Robinson, 34, inside a home.

Officers provided immediate medical attention until paramedics arrived.

Robinson was later pronounce dead at the scene. She was 7 months pregnant.

There have been no arrests made and there is no suspect information available as of this time.

Investigators do not believe residents in the area are in any danger.

The case is under investigation by the Elkhart County Homicide Unit.
