Man who collided with buggy arrested for OWI

A man who rear-ended a buggy in LaGrange County has been arrested for OWI and drug possession.

Aaron Winans, 31, of LaGrange rear-ended a buggy that had six people in it, injuring four of them.

The collision happened on West US 20 just before 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 10.

Winans was arrested on charges of Operating While Intoxicated with Controlled Substance, OWI Refusal, Possession of Meth, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
