A Kosciusko County man is about to be sent to Texas over an arrest warrant.

Mark Fuller, 61, of Atwood surrendered to sheriff’s deputies on Thursday, Jan. 31

Sheriff Kyle Dukes says there was an outstanding warrant against Fuller from Gray County, Texas on a charge of indecency with a child.

Fuller was arrested three weeks ago in Kosciusko County for failing to register as a sex offender.

He is currently at the Kosciusko County Jail, awaiting extradition.
