Man arraigned on murder charge for 2017 Bar Louie shooting death

A man accused in the 2017 shooting death of Benito Bueno in the parking lot of Bar Louie in Mishawaka was arraigned on a charge of murder and a firearm sentencing enhancement.

40-year-old Oscar Orozco was arrested on Saturday, Feb. 16,  in Chicago and he was held in custody in the Cook County Jail.

He was transported to St. Joseph County and booked into the St. Joseph County Jail on Friday, March 1, where he remains in custody.

Orozco was ordered held without bond. An initial hearing was set for March 13.
