A collaboration of community organizations that are focused on public and personal health are coming together to promote several free events this month in Berrien County.

The Healthy Berrien Consortium will host a “Community Resiliency Series” with free events throughout the month focused on mental health, trauma, and resiliency. Trauma, negative childhood experiences, and mental health first aid will be among the subjects covered, and they will screen documentaries on how to deal with stress and more.

More information and a full listing of the event details can be found at the Berrien County Health Department website www.bchdmi.org.
