Friday, April 26, marks the annual Parking Ticket Amnesty Day in the City of South Bend.

City Clerk Kareemah Fowler held the first two annual Amnesty Days for parking tickets in the City of South Bend. Building on last year’s success of over 600 tickets paid, Fowler says the day prevents the future costly fines, as well as legal and court fees associated with non-payment of parking tickets, which saves residents the time, money, and hassle of potential legal action.

For more information regarding the 2019 Amnesty Day and how to settle your violations, feel free to contact the Office of the City Clerk at sbcityclerk@southbendin.gov or the Ordinance Violations Bureau at 574-245-6052.
