A couple from Plymouth and a man from South Bend died in a crash Monday in northwest Ohio.

Police say two semis and two cars were involved in the crash near Toledo.

One of the semis was driven by 29 year-old Kenneth Trowbridge of South Bend, whom police believe crossed the median into oncoming traffic, starting the crash.

Refugio Nunez-Pena and Simone Nunez of Plymouth died in one of the cars.

A 15 year-old in the car was critically injured.

The investigation into the cause of the crash continues.
