Curtis Hill: Clinic filing “a basic licensing” question

Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill, who recently filed an appeal of the decision to allow an abortion clinic to open in South Bend, spoke with 953 MNC Friday morning about this boils down to “a basic licensing requirement.”

Hill says to allow for a clinic to disregard the procedure and simply open is beyond Indiana law, and the same would have been done for any facility, whether they provided abortion services or not.
