Nearly 30 minors arrested on suspicion of underage drinking in Pulaski County

More than two dozen people were placed under arrest on preliminary charges of minor consumption of alcohol while partying on the Tippecanoe River.

The arrests took place on Saturday, Aug. 31 in Pulaski County, according to 95.3 MNC’s reporting partners at ABC 57.

Indiana Conservation Officers conducted a patrol after receiving complaints from residents of excessive littering and other possible criminal activity near the water.

The group of minors were caught floating down the river consuming alcohol, ABC 57 reported.

All those arrested were taken to the Pulaski County Jail.
