What’s old is new again in Elkhart.

For the fourth time in four administrations, the City of Elkhart logo has changed.

This time, The Elkhart Truth reports it’s back to the Elk head design encompassed in a heart shape. It’s the same logo former Mayors Dick Moore and Jim Perron had previously used.

Now, fellow Democrat Rod Roberson is using it, as well.
