More on the Rochester City council member that is facing charges for alleged sexual activity with a minor. Gary Clevenger Jr’s charges include child solicitation, sexual misconduct with a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and child neglect.

The alleged victim told police that Clevenger offered $10 for every second he could keep his hand on their buttocks as the victim worked on a ladder, offered money for oral sex, and additional money for sitting on his hand. In some cases the victim also claimed that Clevenger paid in Marijuana.

The incidents all are said to have happened this last summer. Since being arrested last week Clevenger has bonded out of jail.
