You can now sign up for free classes and training at a local college.

Ivy Tech Community College South Bend-Elkhart announced its offering free classes for 10,000 participants as a way to aid those experiencing unemployment, reduced hours and furloughs as a result of the pandemic.

Participants can take more than one class, many of which will be offered online.

Some classes are time limited, and the college plans to increase the amount of classes offered throughout the summer.
