The Berrien County Bomb Squad is investigating after someone found three pipe bombs on the side of the road.

The bomb squad was called to County Road 388 just before 4 p.m. Wednesday after a worker operating a mower found the pipe bombs near the 23 1/2 Street intersection, according to ABC 57 News.

There’s no word on where the pipe bombs originated from, nor have any suspects been identified.

The investigation is still ongoing.
