MHSAA puts fall and winter sports on hold

The athletic fields in Michigan will be quiet for a the next few weeks.

In light of Governor Whitmer’s “pause to save lives“, the Michigan High School Athletic Association has suspended all fall and winter sports seasons and postseason tournaments for the next three weeks.

A finalized plan for resuming sports is expected on Wednesday that will outline exactly when tournaments and seasons will resume. Right now, the earliest date to resume practices is December 9.
