Niles police arrest bank robbery suspect Thursday

A Niles man has been arrested in connection with a recent bank robbery.

Police were called to the TCF Bank on E. Main Street around 1:30 Thursday afternoon, and citizens were able to help officers locate the suspect a short distance away from the scene.

The suspect, a 52-year-old man, is facing one count of Armed Robbery, according to ABC 57 News. His name is being withheld pending arraignment.
