Two men have been arrested in connection with a deadly double shooting at Waterford Glen Apartments in South Bend.

The shooting happened on Oct. 22 and resulted in the deaths of Malik Balderos, 21,
and Ricky Kinds, Jr., 20.

Dijon Marcus Davis, 18 of South Bend, was arrested and booked into the St. Joseph
County Jail on preliminary suspicion of murder and an outstanding unrelated
warrant.

Darius Jamal Vaughn, 19 of South Bend, was arrested and booked into the St. Joseph
County Jail on preliminary suspicion of murder.

Both arrests are still under review by the St. Joseph County Prosecutor’s Office
and no formal criminal charges had not been filed as of late in the day on Wednesday, Dec. 16.
