Elkhart students to spend more time in the classroom soon

(Bill Beck/Elkhart Truth)

The Elkhart School Board has voted to send students back to the classroom four days per week, rather than two.

The new plan will keep Fridays virtual. K through 6th grade students will be the first on the new schedule, on March 8.

7th Grade through high school will return March 15.

Masks will be required and students will still have the option to use virtual learning.
