Berrien County Trial Court is suspending jury trials until June 1

The Berrien County Trial Court is suspending jury trials beginning Monday, May 3. The suspension is expected to last until June 1.

Individuals assigned to jury service through May 28 will not report for service. Jurors scheduled to serve the week of May 31 and on are still required to contact the jury hotline during their assigned week of service.

The court will stay in Phase Three of the Michigan Supreme Court’s Return to Full Capacity Guide and all other aspects of Phase Three remain in place.

Anyone with questions regarding specific business with the court is asked to call the court house or visit the Trial Court’s website here for more information, including how to contact each division of the court.
