There could be a new inn coming to Potato Creek State Park soon.

As part of the new state budget, $550M was set aside to fund a new Potato Creek inn and eight other specified projects.

Talks about building the inn have been taking place for 20 years. In 2001, renderings of what the inn would look like were released as part of a feasibility study.

Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb says now is the time to act.
