Plans for Elkhart County’s new Consolidated Courts project have been approved.

The site and design plans for the new Consolidated Courts project show a 4-story tall building that will feature 13-individual courtrooms on a 23-acre plot of land on the western edge of Goshen.

Dozens of locations were studied from 2018 to 2020 by the county before selecting 1905 Reliance Road as their official home.

According to ABC-57 News, several area homes have been purchased to ensure there is an entrance and exit on Reliance Road.
