Goshen man accused of dealing drugs near a school with a child nearby

A man in Goshen was in court on Thursday, accused of dealing drugs near a school with a child present.

Police say Luis Flores Pizana, 21, was dealing cocaine within 500 feet of a school on separate occasions between April and June.

The Elkhart Truth reports that he’s facing four felony counts and a misdemeanor charge. He was investigated by the Elkhart County Intelligence and Covert Enforcement Unit, starting in April.
