Second trial date set for alleged school shooting plotter

A new trial has been set for a Fulton County teen accused of planning a school shooting. It will begin on Dec. 13.

Last month’s trial of John Schultz IV ended in a mistrial after about 8 hours of deliberations.

Schultz’s co-conspirator, Donald Robin Jr. was sentenced to 17 years in prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit murder, though he could be out in six years with good behavior.
