Indiana Supreme Court establishes Eviction Task Force

The Indiana Supreme Court has established an Eviction Task Force.

The nine-member task force is designed to help landlords and tenants find equitable solutions for their disputes. It will also help impacted Hoosiers access federal rental assistance resources.

The Task Force has been gathering input from stakeholders in order to find the best way to use the federal money.
