Wednesday, September 22, marks the start of Autumn. Just in time, a new survey suggests the State of Michigan is better than Indiana to tour during the fall months.
The survey, by LawnStarter, ranks Michigan 15th in the nation and Indiana, near the bottom, at 43rd.
Among their factors: the number of national and state parks, corn mazes and wineries. They even considered the projected number of weeks each state produces fall foliage for your postcard-perfect pictures.
The Top 5 states for fall-fun are Vermont, followed by New Hampshire, Maine, California and Wyoming, according to the survey.
