Prosecutor Ken Cotter might file charges this week if the findings lead to a prosecution. ABC57 reports that the Indiana State Police have led the investigation, submitting their findings last week. Cotter says he is still reviewing their information.

The camera was discovered at South Bend Fire Station 1 on South Michigan Street earlier this year.
