Man, 19, arrested on murder charges for Sa’Sha Agnew’s death

A 19-year-old man has been arrested in connection to a shooting death in South Bend.

Police have arrested Tobias Shaw for the October 15th murder of Sa’Sha Agnew, 30, in the 800 block of Lake Street.

Agnew suffered from gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Shaw has been formally charged with murder, armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery. He faces up to 97 years in prison if convicted.

Shaw is being held without bond in the St. Joseph County Jail and is scheduled for arraignment on November 22nd.

After over 30 days has the coroner still not determined cause of death? You refer to APPARENT gun shot wounds
