The Elkhart BMV branch is moving to a new location.

As of Tuesday, Dec. 14, it’s moving from downtown to 3237 Northview Drive.

The new B-M-V branch will have three additional testing stations, two more customer service stations, additional parking, as well as a BMV Connect kiosk, allowing customers to complete more than a dozen transactions 24/7.

The final day at it’s existing location will be this Saturday, Dec. 11.

A list of branch locations and hours, and information on how to complete online transactions and find BMV kiosks, is available here: IN.gov/BMV.

I don’t think he had a say in where the State puts their offices. It’s just like when Elkhart County chose the new location for their court building…

In all fairness though, if he did have a say he would certainly have put it on the South side.
